Step 1: Better Sourcing: Passive and Active Candidates Achieve-it’s recruiters are trained to use proven techniques to find the best passive candidates, not just actively searching candidates. They look way beyond simple keyword searches. They understand the companies in the DC area, the desirable career patterns, which companies have strong training programs and how recent events have impacted the market. We tap into user groups and associations as well as our personal networks. Our people have extensive professional networks and leverage that on every search. Our experience and connections widen your reach and ability to attract the best qualified candidates.

Step 2: Senior Recruiters, well trained in best practices We select the top 5-6 competencies required for each position, based on your job description. Our recruiters then interview the top candidates against these prioritized competencies. Achieve-it’s recruiting managers speak with approved candidates to confirm a candidate’s skill and experience. We have a solid, repeatable interview process built on continuous improvement. Our nationwide staff works as a team to cultivate a list of best questions and practices. Our questions are designed to match key competencies, from a list of over 25 important competencies. Approved candidates are forwarded.

Step 3: Review Achieve-it’s managers conduct final interviews to approve or reject candidates before submittal. In all three steps we screen for a cultural and ethical fit.
